Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Maryland

Yeah, i pawned something to a pawn shop in baltimore, and now i want it back. the owner says that there is a 10 day waiting period to run police checks on the item. The thing is, I have pawned this item before, although it was at a different pawn shop. do i have to wait the 10 days, or can the owner just ask for records from the other pawn shop?

No, you have to wait the waiting period. No way around it.
