Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Maryland

i was at a car dealership test driving a car and the saleman that road with me asked me i\f my boobs were real or fake. he got written up for this i was very offened could i sue him for sexual harrassment?

Since you and the salesmen were not co-workers or some similar situation, you do not have any claim for sexual harassment. Those laws are generally in place to protect people from hostile working environments. Simply being an offensive jerk, like this guy apparently was, is not an actionable offense.
