How do i file a claim with my supervisor and still stay employed until i find another job

1st, if you are an employee at will, there is no guarantee that you won't be fired. You just can't be fired for filing a sexual harassment claim under the federal laws. All this is contingent on your employer falling under those provisions.

If you don't want to spend the time and money to obtain a consultation with an attorney, you should go on the EEOC's website (www.eeoc.gov) to obtain information and also read your employee's handbook on reporting sexual harassment.
