i get social security benefits and i had a representive payee ...the girl took alot of money from me what can i do

A Representative Payee is legally obligated to administer benefit in YOUR best interest. She

must provide the Social Security Administration with an accounting of exactly how she spent these funds. If you feel that she has misused your money, contact your local Social Security Office.
