Someone I know has a bankruptcy adversary claim against me and has submitted incorrect information work related and he also uses different social security numbers. How would I prove that my information is correct. How should I investigate this and prove this information to be correct?

Re: Social Security Fraud

You would inform the Social Security Administration that he is making a fraud. Likely this determination from SSA will not be timely enough to effect the bankrupcy hearing. Nonetheless he will be penalized for the activity where there is merit to your referral.

If you have filed a claim of bankrupcy that needs to be properly presented and you are encountering difficulty, contact an attorney.
