Legal Question in Traffic Law in Maryland

Illegal Towing, Montgomery County, MD

Hello, I Parked in our numbered, assigned parking space, and the towing company illegally towed my vehicle, and will not return it. What damages I could receive, and who I would need to contact to represent me. It happened in the Grosvenor Park Townhouse Condominiums.

I think this could easily be solved by sending a threat letter to the company. Are you saying that they refuse to release it, period, or they refuse to release it without payment?
