The seat belt charge does not carry jail as a possible penalty, but the other three charges do. Driving without a license carries up to 60 days or 1 year depending on whether it is a first offense. Driving on a suspended privilege carries up to 60 days or 1 year depending on the reason for the suspension. Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle carries up to 3 years or 5 years depending on the statute under which it is charged.

You could be looking at jail, because if you are found guilty, it is up to a judge to decide your sentence. It could be less.

A lawyer can evaluate your case and help you decide whether to go to trial. Even if you decide not to go to trial a lawyer can help you by trying to persuade the court to impose a lesser sentence.
