Legal Question in Traffic Law in Maryland

Speeding Ticket

I recently got a speeding ticket in the state of Maryland. The officer said he had radar setup on the side of the road and tried to flag me over but I did not see him. Well about 5 miles later he caught up and pulled me over. I explained to him how I was not speeding but he said that he knows it was me. He gave me a ticket for both the speeding and failture to obey the officer to pull over. I asked him for his badge number, and also some explination of some details but he refused to tell me anything, said ''I'll see you in court''. Also when trying to get details he said ''This is the last time I will ask you to sign this'' Just wondering what can I do, I plan to fight it, but wanted some details to see where I should go with this.

Re: Speeding Ticket

The officer will tell the judge you gave him a hard time. You should consider having a lawyer go to court with you on this one.
