Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Maryland

I recently was involved in a case with my father's life insurance and his trust which has my step mother and an account as trustees. The case concluded with a stipulation that the accountant send my brother and I a yearly accounting of the family trust on May 1st of every year.

May 1st has come and gone. I sent a registered letter to the account on May 15th reminding him of his responsibility. I have not heard anything from him. What should I do now?

Did you send a copy of the correspondence to you step mother?

If you don't receive a response within the next two weeks or so you may need to look into hiring an attorney to follow up on the matter.
