responsible for home

my dad passed away in april of 07. We

lived in a mobile home. I am no longer

living in it since he passed am I

responsible to keep paying the

mortgage on it?

You are not personally liable to pay for the mobile home unless you signed for payment due for its purchas or for the lot fees upon which it resides. But you should understand that if payment is not made then a creditor or in some circumstances the lot owner may bring action to recover against the asset. You should consider contacting an attorney to resolve matters concerning any assets that your father owned.
