Legal Question in Workers Comp in Maryland

if you went to circit court and failed is there any thing esle you can do because i injuried my leftr knee and fell but everything waas cunfussing I really at the time didnt know what was going on my doctor said just a knee giving out could not do this type of injury i really need help

Any adverse decision rendered in the circuit court can be appealed within 30 days to the court of special appeals. However, an appeal must be predicated on there being a legal error committed by the trial judge--such as the refusal to admit evidence that should have been admitted, the improper admission of inadmissible evidence, improper jury instructions, or some other legal error. The fact that you didn't like the judge's or jury's decision based on the evidence is not going to give you a good basis for appeal.
