Legal Question in Workers Comp in Maryland

After coming back from Worker comp. My company is taking my paychecks for at least 4-5 weeks. The Benefits dept. says that The company i work for needs to get reimpursed for part of the leave . What can i do? Both the Benefits department and workers comp rep is not giving a stright answer.

Hire an attorney who specializes in worker's comp and/or personal injury matters to be your voice with your company. There's no reason for you to run back and forth to different departments and reps within your company. Anything you do should be in writing (email is fine) so that there's a clear record of the situation.
