family law, what are the rights of an unmarried single mother who does not want her daughter to spend time at the biological father's house

Such would be difficult to do, but it depends upon the facts and the father's behavior and what goes on at his house.

If there is no current court order then unmarried mothers have full custody. As to not wanting Dad to have the child at his house it depends..He could file for visits and or custody and depending on the facts it could go either way. You can call my office for more deatil. 774-745-0562
