I gave notice to my job as a constructive discharge due to hostile enviroment and descimination... How long do I have to file this

You have 300 days from the date of the last act of discrimination, not necessarily the day you left. Also, you should file for unemployment - you still qualify if you had to leave.

YOu first have to file a charge with the EEOC. Do this IMMEDIATELY and give them as much information as you can. This is planning you should have done BEFORE quitting, because now you don't have access to as much information.
