Legal Question in Disability Law in Massachusetts

Discrimination

I am a Section 8 participant having a 3 bedroom voucher and I have three children: 2 boys (12 & 10) and 1 girl (11). I need four bedroom voucher and requested as a reasonable accommodation with Lynn Housing Authority, request that got denied. I had the two boys together and the girl by herself. My oldest needed a bedroom by himself due to his disablility so Lynn Housing determined that a boy (10) and a girl (11) needed to share a bedroom which I consider against the law because of their ages. But I requested another reasonable accommodation for my youngest son due to his behavior (doctor's note attached with request) and still denied. I filed a discrimination complaint and I have a scheduled hearing on 12/1/08 at 1:00 in MCAD Boston.
