Legal Question in Disability Law in Massachusetts

what motions can I request and how......

I was involved in a drug deal gone bad, basically I was driving, all that happened was the person buying the marijuana didnt bring the money, so my buddy kicked his ass, immediatley after I drove the victim back to the house where I picked him up.....now he's saying, so he doesn't admit to buying a large amount of drugs, that he was kidnapped and we pulled up at random and put a gun in his face demanding him to get in the car.......I have no violent criminal past, only 2 small misdeamenors. The thing is, I have my first child on the way in May and I want to be there for it, not in jail for a crime that I didn't commit. Are there any motions I can file, maybe if the victim and his friend wrote two totally differant statements or anything, any help would be great, happy holidays

You should retain counsel to represent you; you could be charged with felony kidnapping, aggravated assault and battery, A&B with a firearm; armed robbery and/or drug distribution.
