Legal Question in Disability Law in Massachusetts
We won our case in small claims for $1800 (now over 2,000 with fees) The court issued a capias that I need to give to the Sheriff with another $200 and than possibly another $300 if the defendant refuses to answer the notices. Can I go to court and get an attachment and skip the capias notices.
