advertising in schools
ok if a school was to block all emailing websites and leaving one out, (yahoo), is illegal for the fact that it is forcing us to get an yahoo account if we want to email for school purposes?

Schools have a vested interest in maintaining control over the manner in which their equipment is used, and MAY have a legitimate reason for only allowing Yahoo! However, you raise an intyeresting point from a captive audience standpoint as to whether the schools is selectively endorsing one advertising venue and whether this violates any first amendment rights.
