this girl keeps harrasing me online wont leave me alone and i told her to stop she wont leave me alon can you block her

You have every legal right to seek to block her from contact with you. You should look at available software.
If that is insufficient, you will have to file an action in a court of equity -- Superior Court or Probate and Family Court.
