Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Massachusetts

how to garnish wages

Aprox. 3 yrs ago my husband and I won a law suite, for $30,000 and have only seen $300 thus far. How do I research the persons assets and if he is working? We live in FL and this took place in MA.

Garnishing wages is one way to collect, another is to levy property like houses, cars, and other personal assets. Certain assets are exempted by state law. I do quite a bit of this kind of work, you are welcome to contact my office.
