confidentional information given out

the bank sent a invoice with my checking account # routing # and SSN to someone else and i got someone elses. the bank doesnt know where my information was sent. what can i do legally to the bank for breaching confidentional banking agreement?

The main question will be damages. Yes, they were neglicgent in sending you someone else's information (and presumably sending your to a third party). Before filing suit, I would recommend you talk to your branch manager and ask if they will pay for credit monitoring so that you can check your credit report and insure no one is abusing your information. Your name, routing and account number are printed on every check that you write; your social security number (usually) is not.
