Payroll Check Bounced Account

I gave my mom my payroll check to put in her account and pay my student loan that is under her name. The payroll check bounced is my boss responsible for issuing a new check and pay for all the fees that were charged due to the check bouncing.

Yes, at a minimum. Your boss could be facing jail time for bouncing a payroll check if you were to report this to the "Wage & Hour Division" of the Massachusetts Attorney General's office.
