Legal Question in Banking Law in Massachusetts

I have power Of Attorney over my friend who has recently passed. I also have power of attorney over his wife . When we went to the bank to make arrangement for Buriel expenses we were told that the wife needs an up to date Picture ID to access this accounts. What kind of a picture ID would satisfy a bank other than a RMV ID?

It seems to me you should have asked this question while you were at the bank. No one is going to know the answer to this question except someone who works at the bank.
