Legal Question in Banking Law in Massachusetts

I want to sue Quicken loans for lying to me to get a deposit and then having me go through a support sepatarion procedure and then ignoring me and denieing the loan at the last minute. I have a lot of dpcumentation that proves they lied to me and they are refunding my deposit. But I want all the money I spent for the support separation process and for my time and aggrivation of everything they put me through

You may be able to pursue them for a violation of the Consumer protection act, if you do so, and are successful, of course you will send a strong message. However, you should understand that you may not recover much, or anything, as a result. This could be a good small claims case.

Talk to a lawyer about it and present your evidence.
