I have a vehicle co-owner with an x fiance. She has possession of the vehicle and is making the payments. She has made late payments and has not financed the vehicle in her name with repeated promises from her that she will. If I have a key made, can I "take" the vehicle back or do i have to go through the court. We are both on the title and reg.

If the car is in both names, you have the same rights to it as she does.
