debts before marrige
i uccured delinquent credit card debts before marrige
my husband bought a house with the deed in his name only. do i have to list this as real estate for chapter 7,even though my name is not on the deed?

If the house is and was only in your spouse's name, it does not get listed as an asset provided he is also not filing for bankruptcy protection. Your spouse's income, however, would be included on your petition.
