What do you mean by "charged"? If you believe that the charge was made fraudulently after your client already decided to file bankruptcy and knew he had no intent to repay the debt, you may have a valid objection that could be filed in the bankruptcy court. The timing is very tight, however, you must observe all deadlines set by the court.
