Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Massachusetts

I am planning to file chapter 7 bankruptcy in Massachusetts on April 8th. My condo is probably worth $185, 000 and the mortgage owed is $170, 500. I have filed a declaration of homestead. I would like to sell if possible. Is it appropriate to list the property for sale before or after filing for bankruptcy? If I do get a buyer and close post-bankruptcy is the trustee entitles to take any profits?
