can a corporation in mass use a second business with a entinity as a llc as a d/b/a to the corporation ,if the second business has a partner that is not in the corporation and was not aware of him doing this

An LLC can only use one name its name or the d/b/a. The LLC can be owned by a corporation as a subsidiary or as a joint venture with a second person.

I am not sure this answers your entire question. If you are asking can the corporation use the LLC's name without the consent of its parter in the llc, that will depend on the terms of the operating agreement and consent of the Managers and or members of the LLC.
