paid travel time

Is an employer responsible to pay an employee there wages for travel time when an employee is required to drive own vehicle to the company then take a company vehicle to various location. At the end of day the employee is required to return to comapany vehicle back to the company.

Re: paid travel time

You are entitled to wages for anytime in co. car while on company business. Driving to and from work is not compensable. If problem, call the Wage and HOur administration at Attorney General's office.
