Legal Question in Business Law in Massachusetts

If I never signed a contract for a business credit card am I still 'personally' liable for the debt? My company is closed and I was established as an S-Corp If not can I fight to get default removed from my credit report?

If you did not sign or authorise someone to make you a personal guarantor, then the liability should be the company's only. However, you need to make sure no judgment has been entered against you personally for the debt.
