Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Massachusetts
I accidently locked my keys in my car with my 2 year old strapped in her car seat. I called 911 and they came within 5 minutes. It was cold outside so the car wasent hot. Will this case be sent to dss?

Unless you have some prior history with the Department of Social Services, I doubt
the police would report an incident like this.
