Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Massachusetts

Appealing 51A and 51B

After asking for a appeal of a decision or decisions that the Massachusetts Department of Social Services made. How long do they have to schedule such a hearing and what does the law require them to comply with?Especially since all the allegations are false. I need to put my case forward with new information that the department does not have and which will clear me of any allegations that have been made.

That is untrue. They have the money.
