Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Massachusetts

Civil rights violated by family probate judge

With out wasting a lot of time a family and probate judge has clearly violated my civil rights and freedom of association.Other than a complaint to the SJC. Are family probate judges free from immunity/law suits,when they have clearly step over the line and violate a citizens civil rights?
