Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Massachusetts

My neighbors do everything they can to cause confrontations and annoy us.This has been going on for years. I am trying to sell my house..they put up a sign that can only be seen from my house that says "go away"..this sign can be seen only from every window on that side. The daughter, doesn't even live on the property, and she is the one causing all the problems..she is a trouble maker and a bully. Is there any legal remedy to this situation?

Yes. There is a special type of restraining order for non-dating relationships. And you can seek an injunction while you try to sell your house vis-a-vis the sign. I might be able to recommend a woman for this. [email protected]
