Legal Question in Consumer Law in Massachusetts

auto dealer offered $9500 for my trade in..After 12 months of payments, dealer informed me he was deducting $8000 from my $9500,leaving me receiving only $1500 as a result of repairs that he made to my vehicle. When asked to see what he had repaired,he would not inform me. Something hinky here. My friend was on the lot when the trade was tested..He stated didnt appear to be anything wrong when he rung it out.Selling price we agreed upon was $22000

MSRP as sold was $24,000 .With last payment in May 2018,the new vehicle will have cost me$33,000+

The $9,500 was a firm trade-in price unless you have very unusual paperwork, but you'll need a lawyer. Check the website of the National Association of Consumer Advocates. Good luck.
