Legal Question in Consumer Law in Massachusetts

can I bill someone for past childcare services

I regularly provided child care to someone for his 2 children over the past 10 years with the verbal understanding that I would receive compensation from the sale of the home for which I also paid part of the mortgage and household expenses. He now denies that I have any rights to that. I am a licensed healthcare professional that kind of childcare would be very expensive especially 10 years of it

Re: can I bill someone for past childcare services

Yes. You can bill for the service provided as well as make a claim against a portion of the homes value based on your financial contribution to the property (mortgage payments). Please contact me if you wish to discuss the matter further.
