Legal Question in Consumer Law in Massachusetts

Last Dec I gave an advance of $4000 to a Dental dealer for Dental equipment . I decided later not to proceed with the deal and wanted my money back 2 weeks later. He refuses to return the money because he says that he has already placed the order.There are based in WA and I am in MA.I have e mail correspondence with them. There is no where written that the money is non refundable
