Doctors Office visit

Can the office manager refuse to allow you to see the doctor because you have an outstanding balance?

As unfair as this seems, yes. With the exception of convicted criminals, no one in this nation is required to provide services without pay. The office manager is allowed to make sure that her boss is paid, if he so directs.
