Legal Question in Consumer Law in Massachusetts

forged signatures on mortgage docs

I was misseled into an unaffordable mortgage and recently called for my loan docs after reading about predetory lending. I found lots of forged signatures on things that I never saw or was told about, I have an owners title policy on this home will that protect me so the bank gets paid I do want to keep this home and they seem willing to work with me

Retain an attorney to review the legality of your entire mortgage transaction, as state and federal laws may have been violated, if any mortgage documents were, in fact, forged. Good Luck!
