Legal Question in Consumer Law in Massachusetts

hello i have been making payments to an item i wanted on a sellers website who commisions life size dolls collectibles. I did not want the item no more and I put $4000 down on it but only asked him for half but he still refused to give me it me. What do i do?

Whether you have a right to any refund depends on the terms of the initial sale. Also, as a practical matter, it's hard to collect a refund from somewhere in cyberspace. In terms of what to do, you could have an attorney evaluate the situation and perhaps send out a demand letter or attempt a negotiated resolution.
