Legal Question in Consumer Law in Massachusetts

Less than six months into a two year health club membership, I walked in on three men involved in sexual activity in the steam room. In actuality, I didn't know what had happened initially, but the manner in which I discovered what had happened is a bit too graphic and humiliating to list here. The bottom line is I didn't feel comfortable going back to the club. I tried to break my contract, but couldn't get anyone to address my written complaint. (They simply don't respond if I mention the incident, though they do respond to everything else.) I'm too embarrassed to address it face-to-face.

Do I have grounds to cancel my contract? Am I justfied in trying to recoup the losses for the time that I did not use the club? If I don't have witnesses (other than the three men, who are not likely to testify on my behalf), do I risk legal action against me for discussing this incident?
