Legal Question in Consumer Law in Massachusetts
My painter didn't complete painting and left in middle. We didn't encourage too because he was lying one after another on paints and works he does. He was supposed to deliver withing 3 days as he said on July 02 . Today is Aug 09 and he says he fixed this and that which is not free so we owe him his huge amount of money and asked me to call so that he won't credit it to our house and screw our credit. Can he do that.
