Use of personal photos?
We hired a photography company to take our wedding photos. We specifically stated that we did not want to be used for promotional materials. I have emails from the sales person saying that we owned the rights to the negatives. We found out today that there is a marketing website where 14/25 of the photos are ours. Do I have a case here?
