return of deposit

i purchased an rv on saturday then

cancelled it on monday am. the

company refuses to give back my

deposit of $1000.00. is this legal? do i

have any recourse? cancellation was

never discussed

You should call the Attorney General's Consumer Affairs division. You may have a right to remind this agreement and obtain a return of your deposit.
