Legal Question in Consumer Law in Massachusetts

What are my rights as a 2009 Toyota Rav4 owner. I had the recall done but am thinking of turning the car back in to the dealer and walking away from the loan. I believe that the problem is in the electronics and feel it could be a matter of time before I find myself in an accident. The loan is through Toyota.

I do not believe that you have a legal right under the facts stated to show sufficient insecurity to return the car and walking away. You are asking for a collection agency to haunt you.
