Legal Question in Consumer Law in Massachusetts

Can a voicemail left on my cell phone for a used car deal be used as a legal binding contract? I walked out on the deal and the saleswoman called me the following day saying the deal for 21,800 and the $15,000 for my trade in was still on the table. They were originally going to give me $11,000 for my trade. Can I hold them to giving me $15,000 for my trade?

You can certainly try. If not contact the head of the company, and maybe the office of the attorney general.
