local radio show wrko, has show called car guys,where they will get a used car for you, at the best price and best vehicle gave them 5000 deposit had the money for 3 months told them to return the money going

on 3 weeks now with excuse after excuse with no results .have a signed contract. can i go after radio station also thank

you could and call the Attorney General's Office, and consider sending them a proper consumer fraud letter.

You can also sue for breach of contract, and consumer fraud, the latter after you served them property with a consumer fraud letter of demand.
