Can I be required to appear at a civil supplementary hearing if I had appeared at the same hearing with the same creditor one month prior and reached an agreement?

You may want to call the clerk's office to make sure the hearing is still on. If it is, make sure you have your agreement in writing. The creditor may not be sticking to the agreement and may be trying to pursue a larger collection effort. The short answer is, yes, if the hearing is still scheduled then you do have to appear. But if you have a written agreement or the creditor acknowledges the agreement at the hearing, then nothing should happen. Hope this helps.
