Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Massachusetts

I signed up with a site for childrens' books. The terms and conditions were that however many books you ordered for the very inexpensive price (plus shipping), you then had 1 year from date of signup to order another 4 books at full price. Now that the year is up, they are constantly sending me a bill for $80 ($20 per book) and are telling me that they are going to send it to a collection agency and my credit will be affected if I don't pay up. So far all I have been receiving is their bills, no collection letters yet.

Although I didn't actually buy the books, and didn't personally sign any paper, can they report it to collections if I don't pay (for books I didn't buy, but promised to buy)?

The short answer is that, if you "clicked through" an agreement, then you can be bound by that agreement; but ask yourself, do you really think they are going to go through all of that bother for $80?
